]]> This Soutache Czech button in Dichro Blue was created using Czech buttons, the ribbons surrounding it pick up the dichromatic colors that shine with a different color every way it is turned in the light.  Real Swarovski crystals in baby blue are used to complete it with seed beads surrounding it.   It is created in the Soutache technique that originated in Russia and eastern Europe. Hand designed and created by Cyndie Lepori, each piece is one of a kind and signed.
