Receiving the Breath of Gratitude

There is such busyness abound.  The dolphins would like to invite you to take a moment and take a deep breath.

It is very important to balance all your energies right now.  Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually take a moment and create a bubble of peace and gratitude.  Allow all the busy chaos to leave your bubble even if just for a moment. And if you don’t have time to do this, do it twice as long!  From that peaceful space, you will be twice as effective when you arise and go about your day.

Breathe in the peace, and look around for a moment present and accounted for.  What do you have to be grateful for? In this moment are you safe?  Just the fact that you are up, alive, and here during the greatest times this earth has known is really something to be excited and grateful for.

The dolphins mentioned that humans should be grateful that you have hands.  Hands are truly great gifts for humanity.  They allow us to touch each other in ways that other beings without hands can’t.  So take a moment and send gratitude to your hands, feet, arms, and legs. Then send gratitude to the rest of your body.  It is the only way you can experience this reality in this way.

We truly are blessed to be alive.  I am grateful for each of you who are reading this newsletter and can’t wait to see what our future brings.  It will be fun and exciting if you allow it and swim forward in gratitude and excitement for everything!
